By using Seenly at seenly.live, you agree to these terms and to use the product to publish a professional video resume you have the right to share.
Your content
You keep rights in the videos, photo, and text you add. You grant Seenly and NeoSpark LLC permission to host, display, and deliver that material so your profile works. Videos are hosted on Cloudflare Stream. Profile text, photo, and cover live on our servers so a link like seenly.live/u/your-name can work on any device.
You are responsible for everything you upload. Do not post secrets, other people’s personal data, copyrighted material you do not have permission to use, or anything that violates these terms.
Acceptable use
Seenly is for job-seeking video resumes. Content must be workplace-appropriate. You may not upload, stream, or publish material that includes:
- Nudity, sexual content, pornography, or sexually suggestive posing
- Content involving minors in any sexual, exploitative, or abusive context (zero tolerance)
- Illegal activity, scams, fraud, or instructions to commit crimes
- Hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, or violent extremism
- Spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive impersonation of another person or company
- Anything that violates applicable law or a third party’s rights
We may use automated tools and human review to detect or remove prohibited content. We may also act on reports from users or third parties.
Profiles and visibility
Draft and free profiles stay unlisted until you Go live (start a Pro trial or paid plan). Unlisted profiles are not meant for public sharing. After you Go live, a public profile link can be viewed by anyone who has it. Don’t share a live link if you are not ready for employers or others to see it.
Enforcement
If you break these terms, we may remove or block videos, unlist or delete a profile, cancel a trial or Pro subscription without refund for the remaining period when misuse is involved, suspend or terminate your account, and report illegal material to authorities when required. We may remove content that is abusive, illegal, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful to people or to the product—even if it was already live.
The service
Seenly is provided as-is. Features can change. Find Jobs links send you to third-party boards; those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or for hiring outcomes.
Paid plans
Seenly Pro is $7.99 per month with a 7-day free trial started when you Go live, billed by Stripe. We store a customer and subscription identifier with your profile so trial and Pro status can be applied. We do not store card numbers. Canceling Pro can leave your profile editable but unlisted, or you may delete the profile entirely—follow the in-app choices at cancel time.
Accounts
You sign in with email and password or optional Google sign-in. That account is how you keep the same resume across devices. Keep your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your place of residence, and in any case at least 16 if you use the service where that age is required.
