Seenly is a video-resume product at seenly.live. You create an account with email and password (Google sign-in is optional). After you sign in, you land on your profile at a link like seenly.live/u/your-name. Closing the tab does not delete a saved profile.
Where your profile lives
The live profile is stored on our servers (Vercel Blob). This browser’s local storage is only a temporary edit copy while you work. Vercel also hosts the site.
What we store
- Account. Email and a hashed password — never the plaintext. If you use Google, we store your Google account id and email so we can open the same profile on another phone. Those fields are not shown on the public page. A session cookie keeps you signed in.
- Profile text and images. Name, headline, about, job titles, location, and a map pin (lat/lng). Photo and cover image go to Vercel Blob.
- Video. Uploads are hosted on Cloudflare Stream. A Cloudflare Worker may proxy an iPhone upload in transit. That Worker is not a second video archive.
- Email. Resend sends transactional mail from Seenly <hello@seenly.live>: confirm your address, reset your password, and Request interview. An employer’s name, email, and message are emailed to the seeker; Reply-To is the employer so you can answer them. We do not hand your email to the employer.
- Billing. Seenly Pro is $7.99 per month with a 7-day trial, billed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription ids, plan, and status. We do not store card numbers.
What shows on your public page
After you Go live, the public profile shows name, headline, about, titles, location, photo, and video. It is not the five recording prompts from the builder.
Draft / unlisted (before Go live, or after canceling Pro while keeping the profile): the profile stays editable for you when signed in. Anonymous visitors who paste the link get a not-found response. Unlisted profiles are not on the talent map and not in sitemap.xml.
Live / public profiles (after Go live with an active trial or Pro) can be opened by anyone with the link, and may appear on the talent map and in sitemap.xml so search engines can find them.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your profile. We do not scrape job boards. Find Jobs is outbound links to other sites; those sites have their own privacy notes.
Delete and Pro
The pencil menu can delete the hosted profile (and its Stream video), or cancel Pro while keeping an editable unlisted profile. Closing a tab does not delete anything we already saved.
We may use Vercel Web Analytics (page views, roughly where traffic comes from) on the site. That does not include your password or card numbers.
